Know where to go: While there will be signs and staff on-site directing you around, familiarizing yourself with the hotel will help you navigate with ease. The conference is located at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point – 5001 Coconut Road, Bonita Springs, Florida, 34134 • (239) 444-1234. Check in is 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.
Airport Transportation: The Hyatt Regency at Coconut Point is located 10 miles from Fort Myers Southwest Florida International Airport. The best way to travel from the airport to the hotel is grab a ride share service such as Uber/Lyft. Taxis are also available at the airport if you prefer to not take the train or wait for an Uber/Lyft.
Parking: Meeting attendees will receive self parking at a $10.00 discounted parking rate per night. Valet is available at this property and would be on the responsibility of the attendee at the regular contract rate and NOT the discounted group rate. For folks driving in day rates would apply.
Registration: Please visit the Registration desk to pick up badges and coupons. Registration opens at 2pm on Sunday, June 8th. We will have the desk staffed throughout the event so please stop by if you need any assistance. Basic and student registrations include receptions both Sunday and Monday evenings and Full registration includes both receptions as well as Tuesday breakfast and lunch.
Overview: The conference officially begins with an Opening Ceremony at 4pm on Sunday, June 8th in the Estero Ballroom immediately followed by a Welcome Reception at 5:00pm in the Belvedere Terrace.
Monday, June 9th is a full day of concurrent session programming starting at 8:00am in Estero Ballroom and wrapping up with our Poster Reception from 5:15pm-6:15pm in the Estero Pre-Function space where light hors d'oeuvres will be served along with a cash bar. **Please note that breakfast and lunch will not be provided during the course of the day.
Tuesday, June 10th begins with the Horticultural Crops Breakfast at 7am for those attendees who purchased full registration in the Calusa F room. The FSHS Annual Business Meeting kicks off at 8:30am in Estero Ballroom for all attendees followed by concurrent session programming later that morning. At 12pm the Extension Luncheon is taking place in Calusa GH for those who purchased full registration immediately followed by more afternoon concurrent session programming where we will wrap up by 5pm.

Networking: There are nearly limitless opportunities to network with speakers, thought leaders, and other attendees from around the world at the 2025 FSHS Conference. Take advantage of break times, where you can enhance your network.
Optional Tours: This year we will be offering optional tours for a small fee and must provide your own transportation. **You must register and pay in advance as part of your conference registration there are limited slots available and they will be on a first come, first served bases. Saturday June 7th we will be visiting FruitScapes at 2pm EST. Sunday June 8th we will be visiting Edison & Ford Estates at 10am EST.
