*To better align our fees with current publishing costs, FSHS has adjusted the abstract publication charge. Since we no longer print the Proceedings, the former $80 printing fee is no longer necessary. Instead, we will implement a
reduced $50 publication fee to cover essential webmaster and editorial expenses associated with preparing and posting each paper online. This smaller fee ensures we can continue maintaining high‑quality digital access to the Proceedings without limiting the number of pages submitted.
